With an associates in Digital Media and Design, and bachelors in Entertainment and Media Business, my career started out slow. My first job after graduating was a paid internship designing for a print and sign company, making $5 an hour. Soon, I became the lead designer and was given the raise of minimum wage. When the company decided to expand their business by adding a photography studio, I became the project manager. I took charge of everything from branding, to sales, to designing the studios interior, and taking all the pictures. The job barely fed me, but was one of the most valuable experiences I ever had.
Running a photography studio gave me the desire to pursue photography as a career choice, and opened new doors full of opportunities. I have had the privilege to work for the world's largest e-commerce company, where I was tutored under many experienced, successful photographers from around the country. I have made it behind the scenes of reality television, where I have learned from professionals who have been the eyes, ears, and narrators for millions of people across the world. I have met so many artists that I grew up admiring, and been the eyes for others to share my experiences.
I love lighting things up and creating enriching visual experiences, as well as capturing lighted subjects through photos and video. Today, I concentrate most of my time on live on location production, and personal photo sessions. Not only a photographer, I am a lighting tech, camera operator, and media specialist. Production is my life, and is what I love to do.
